This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in Artist Management (Media/Social Media), Influencer Marketing, and related software technologies. You will work in a dedicated team with flat hierarchies, enjoying independent work and 30 days of vacation. Responsibilities include supporting internal talent coordination, identifying new cooperation partners, creating offers, and processing inquiries. You will develop negotiation skills for contracts and pricing, assist Artist Managers with content concepts, and act as a liaison between talents and partners. The role also involves identifying and acquiring new partners and future content formats. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing (e.g., in a Digital, Social Media, or PR agency). Strong interest in digital and consumer trends, proficiency in social media networks, and ideally experience in social media/influencer marketing campaign execution. High creativity, motivation, and fluent German and English skills are essential.
