Job Description
Caul Group is seeking a Director of Revenue Systems and AI Automation for an offshore, remote role. This position focuses on building and maintaining AI and automation systems to improve revenue operations. Responsibilities include AI tool building, ClickFunnels workflow execution, dashboard and data pipeline development, CRM and transaction integration, and documentation. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technical systems, AI automation, and CRM architecture, with a strong preference for experience in U.S. residential real estate technology. The role requires expert-level fluency with Claude and its associated tools. Candidates must provide at least four concrete examples of systems built or improved, detailing the problem, solution, architecture, and outcome. The role is fully remote, with preference for candidates in Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
