Advise companies on developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
Support ESG and sustainability projects, focusing on medium-sized enterprises.
Assist with sustainability reporting (VSME, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy).
Conduct materiality analyses and support ESG data processes.
Prepare and support sustainability ratings, particularly EcoVadis.
Conduct climate risk analyses.
Analyze regulatory requirements and derive practical recommendations.
Moderate workshops and present results to clients and stakeholders. Requirements:
Completed degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or Social Sciences.
Experience in project management or supporting project teams in sustainability/ESG.
Sound knowledge of current ESG regulations.
Structured, analytical, and independent working style.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Very good German and good English skills.
